In episode 15 of The Training Ground Podcast I speak with Tyler Miller. Tyler is a physical therapist assistant and strength and conditioning online coach with Anchored Strength.
Tyler has a unique background as a "dual-role" coach. He is a certified strength and conditioning coach as well as a physical therapist assistant which helps him to bridge the gap between rehab and return to play to maximize on the field performance.
